We can secure project management teams for all contracts realized by us – from project managers through site engineers to foremen/chief mechanics.
The project leader/manager is responsible for coordinating our deliveries with an investor’s requirements and for the economic result of a contract.
The site engineer is in charge of coordinating our individual functions both internally, as part of deliveries made by SPIE Stangl Technik spol. s r. o., and externally with suppliers of other functions. Last but not least, he is responsible for performing the work in accordance with received project documentation.
The foreman/chief mechanic is responsible for the quality of our deliveries and coordination of individual functions on the site.
The whole project team always see to high quality of our works and ensure that all our activities are in compliance with the highest demands on work safety and that the deadlines of implementation of our contracts are met according to the existing schedule.
